Blowout Preventer BOP (BOP), which is connected to the top of the wellhead joint or Christmas tree. When the steel wire or cable is still downhole, closing the blowout preventer can seal around the steel wire (or cable), seal the pressure in the well, and prevent external blowout.
1. Specification model: FZ6.3-70;
2. Rated working pressure: 70 MPa;
3. Strength test pressure: 105 MPa;
4. Maximum applicable wire diameter: 0.125″;
5. Through hole diameter: 63.5mm;
6. Operation mode: manual control;
7. Threaded connection form: 4-3/4-4ACME•B type;
1. Maintenance
After the operation, completely disassemble the blowout preventer and clean it. Visually inspect all sealing surfaces and sealing parts for integrity. Any damaged parts should be replaced in time.
2. Replacement of the gate seal:
(1). Remove the end cover;
(2). Pull out the gate assembly by shocking outwards;
(3). Remove the sealing fixing screws in the gate, take out the steel wire and seal it with the gate;
(4). Use a flat-blade screwdriver to lift out the outer seal of the gate;
(5) Install the inner seal of the ram and the outer seal of the ram for replacement of the steel wire; tighten the fixing screws of the inner seal of the ram;
3. Replacement of the balance valve seal (see Figure 2 for the structure):
(1). Unscrew the slotted pan head screw;
(2). Use the hexagonal wrench S=10 to unscrew the valve core;
1. Check the inner and outer seals and O-rings of the gate in time, and replace them in time;
2. After each maintenance, a performance test (gate seal test) should be done;
3. Regular strength tests are carried out.
