BOP Hydraulic Control System is a surface pressure control equipment using on slickline operation to seal off the wire, and the sealing of the wire according the rubber seal packing. The BOP plunger of the blowout system is used for the sealing of the downhole pressure after the wire break.The seal packing are both available with manual and hydraulic control methods.

1. Please screw down the Hexagon socket set screws with Flat Point after adjusted hydraulic cylinder and bearing clearance.
2．Add the sealing grease to the deep groove ball bearing of the sheave bolt regularly.
3．The sheave bolt have grease it. If there have any lock or abnormality, we need replace new one immediately.
4．The Sheave should be fastened down when storage or ship to avoid bump.
1．We need change the seal packing and BOP plunger after using.
2．If the bearing is lock or abnormality, we need to check and replace a new one.
3．It should be with the thread protector if not use.
