The Chemical injection sub is designed to apply deicers or corrosion inhibitors to the wireline during workover operations.

The chemical injection sub is composed of an integrated body, slips, union nuts, etc., and is designed with a backflow prevention device and a pipeline check valve. When the injection is stopped, the outlet can be closed to prevent the backflow of the injected liquid. The connection method is a quick connector, which is convenient for connection.
1. When assembling, apply grease to the threads and seals;
2. Prevent bumps when handling;
3. After the tool is disassembled, the damage of each part should be checked, and the damaged parts should be replaced, among which the felt washers should be replaced regularly;
4. After use, clean the tools and wear protective wire to protect the threads.
