CT External Slip Connector is composed of coiled tubing connection upper joint, coiled tubing connection slip, backing ring, sealing ring top wire, etc.
1. Before use, measure the outer diameter of the coiled tubing;
2. At the same time, check the straightness of the coiled tubing. The straightness of the coiled tubing is ≤1mm/1m. If it is bent, it cannot be used, and the straight end must be re-cut for use;
3. After cutting the coiled tubing, it is necessary to ensure that the cut ends are flush, and the chamfering can be used after grinding with a file, so as to prevent the coiled tubing from cutting the sealing ring;
4. Make sure that there is no leakage in the pressure sealing test before use;
5. When not in use temporarily, apply lubricating oil to the seal, and place the thread belt protector.
