The gauge cutter wireline is a wireline tool designed to gauge and scrape clean the wall of the tubing. The gauge cutter may also be used as a paraffin or wax cutter.
The O.D. of gauge cutter can be processed according to customized part. Generally, it is more than the maximum O.D. of downhole tool slightly, and select the connecting thread and fishing neck with standard specifications as needed.

While using, connect the gauge cutter wireline with the bottom of the jar of tool string; while entering downward, jar downward and scrape off the obstructions once encounter obstructions; it also can jar upward to pull out the tool.
Because the hardness of its leading end is high, the gauge cutter wireline shall be kept properly after use to prevent the leading end from bumping against the flint and being damaged to affect use.
