Heavy Duty Swivel Joint Structure characteristics

The heavy duty swivel joint consists of upper sub, lower sub, mandrel, bearing sleeve, thrust ball bearing, etc.. The mandrel with thrust ball bearing fixed is then installed to the bearing sleeve. The upper sub is connected to the bearing sleeve and the lower sub is connected to the mandrel with screws. And fix the heavy duty swivel joint between the rope socket and stem.

When jarring upward, the top end of the mandrel contacts with the upper sub. When jarring downwards, the thrust ball bearing performs reliable property even if the impact load is heavy.

If the thrust ball bearing is replaced with plane bearing, it can be applied to the operation with heavier impact load.
