A JDS Type Pulling Tool is a wireline service tool designed to remove retrievable Subsurface devices,with external fishing necks,from a well.The JDS type pulling tool is available with different core lengths which permits the tool to retrieve subsurface devices with different fishing neck reach.

1. Putting down the well:
1.1 After connecting the tool to the basic tool string, connect the dropped tool or instrument to go down the well;
1.2 After descending to the predetermined position, shock down to cut off the shear pin, so that the tool or instrument is seated at the predetermined position;
1.3 Lift the tool upwards.
2. Go down to salvage:
2.1 Connect the tool to the basic tool string and then go down the well;
2.2 After descending to the predetermined position, grab the fish and slam it upwards;
2.3 When the tool cannot be lifted out after multiple shocks, the tool can be lifted up after releasing it by shocking downwards.
3. Unlock the card:
Hold the salvage claw with your hand and pull it upwards to release the card.
1. Before going downhole, you should know whether there is enough space in the inner diameter of the pipe string so that the fishing claw can be released downhole; if necessary, you can pass the diameter first;
2. According to the different launching and salvaging tools, select the appropriate grip.
