JUS pulling tool is composed of upper contact, main spring, secondary spring, mandrel, sliding block, outer cylinder, fishing claw, shear pin, etc. The upper contact has a standard outer fishing neck to connect with bottom of the basic tool string; there are some internal threads in the depth of inner bore of the bottom to connect with the mandrel; all above constitute the main bearing body of the pulling tool.
The outer cylinder and fishing claw are the key parts of the fishing tool, and the fishing claw is shrunk under the function of secondary spring; when the tool fished enters into the outer cylinder, the fishing claw will move upward, and then it will splay outward to grasp the fishing neck of the tool due to the slope function of outer cylinder and fishing claw.
The outer cylinder and fishing claw are equipped with sliding blocks; the outer cylinder is connected with the mandrel with shear pin and equipped with main spring; when the shear pin is cut off, the outer cylinder will move downward to pull the sliding block and make the fishing claw splay because the force of main spring is far larger than the force of secondary spring.
1. Before entering into the well, understand the whether there is enough space in the pipe in order to release the fishing claw in the well; get through the pipe if necessary.
2. Select appropriate grasping distance according to the difference between the pulling tool and fishing tool.
