The Sample Collector is similar to the pipe scraper, and it is an important auxiliary tool in steel wire operation.
Before running in the downhole tools, run in the drift catcher, so as to determine whether the downhole devices can pass through the tubing, and recover the wax, rust and debris scraped off the tubing. Play the dual role of pipe scraper and recycler.
Size | Fishing neck | connection |
1.5" | 1.375" | 15/16"-10UN |
2" | 1.375" | 15/16"-10UN |
2.5" | 1.375" | 1-1/16-10UN |
3" | 1.75" | 1-1/16-10UN |
Note. More customized parts are available upon request. the standard specifications of the connecting thread and fishing neck can be selected as required.
The upper part of the Sample Collector is the connecting thread and fishing neck, and the middle part is the core part of the Sample Collector, which can scrape off wax, rust and debris smoothly. The lower part is used to recover and scrape off wax, rust and debris, etc., which is the acting cylinder part. When in use, the Sample Collector is connected to the front end of the tool string. When running in, once it encounters an obstacle, it will shock downward and scrape off the obstacle.
Due to its high hardness, the middle well passing end of the Sample Collector should be properly reported after use, so as to avoid its front end bumping against hard objects, so as to prevent its front end from being damaged and affecting its use.
