Single ram Blowout Preventer BOP, which is connected to the top of the wellhead joint or Christmas tree. When the steel wire or cable is still downhole, closing the blowout preventer can seal around the steel wire (or cable), seal the pressure in the well, and prevent external blowout.
1. Specification model: FZ6.3-35;
2. Rated working pressure: 35 MPa;
3. Strength test pressure: 52 MPa;
4. Maximum applicable wire diameter: 0.125″;
5. Through hole diameter: 63mm (2.5");
6. Working temperature: 170°C;
7. Weight: 54kg.
Blowout Preventer BOP is mainly composed of shell, ram assembly, balance valve, manual control mechanism and lower joint.The upper part of the casing is connected with the blowout preventer or the drop preventer, and the lower joint is connected with the wellhead joint or the Christmas tree. The gate assembly is composed of gate guard, gate body, gate inner seal for steel wire, gate outer seal, guide key, etc. The gate body is controlled by the manual control mechanism to move closer to the center, and the steel wire is sealed by the inner seal of the gate to seal the steel wire clamp.
When the blowout preventer is closed and there is no pressure in the blowout preventer, it is very difficult to open the blowout preventer directly and it is easy to damage the inner seal. Therefore, it is necessary to open the balance valve first, and then open the blowout preventer after the upper and lower pressures of the blowout preventer are balanced. Finally close the balance valve.
1. Strength test:
(1) Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;
(2) Start the pressure test pump for pressure test, the test pressure is 52.5MPa, the pressure is kept for 15 minutes, and fill in the test record card.
2. Performance test (gate sealing test):
(1) Close the gate manually;
(2) Mount the lower pressure test joint, press it to 35 MPa, hold the pressure for 30 minutes, and fill in the test record card.
1. Check the inner and outer seals and O-rings of the gate in time, and replace them in time;
2. After each maintenance, a performance test (gate seal test) should be done;
3. Regular strength tests are carried out.
