SM Pulling Tool Disassembly

1. Use the tool for installing shear pins to screw in the thread of the bottom hole of the mandrel to release the strength of outer cylinder and mandrel.

2. Rotate the sheath to dispose the sheath pin and punch out the sheath pin with a punch.

3. Use a vice to clamp the outer cylinder, screw off the upper contact and take off the sleeve.

4. Use special wrenches to stick in the end grooves of mandrel and pressing cap respectively and remove the pressing cap.

5. Take off the main spring of the sleeve.

6. Use a releasing tool to stick in the groove between the fishing claw and the outer cylinder, and withdraw the mandrel.

7. Take out the fishing claw, spring seat and secondary spring successively.

SM Pulling Tool Notes

1. Before lowering the tool, inspect whether the connection threads of the tool are loose.

2. Maintain it in time after use.
