A type tubing perforator (tubing punch) is a mechanical device designed to perforate standard and heavy wall tubing under pressure.

1. Rush out the lower safety release shear pin with the puncher pin;
2. Jar and cut off the upper shear pin;
3. Take down the fixed screw of dowel pin and dowel pin successively;
4. Pull out the body and punch holder assembly;
5. Take out the catch and the Spring;
6. Separate the body and the punch holder;
7. Take down the punch;
8. Rush out the bushing of punch;
9. Remove the bottom contactor.
1. Frequently smear lubricating grease at the sliding place of the body and the punch holder;
2. Protection shall be done well for the slipping and punching places on the housing to avoid collision and personal injury.
