The wellhead flange is used to connect the tubing pin with the wellhead, with the upper part connected to the tubing pin and the lower part connected to the wellhead.
The wellhead flange is connected by bolts and nuts. When in use, the gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces. After the nut is tightened, the specific pressure on the gasket surface reaches a certain value, and then the gasket is deformed, and the uneven part on the sealing surface is filled, so that the connection is tight without leakage.
The wellhead flange shall be periodically tested for compressive strength, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure.
1. Install the pressure test joint and connect the pressure test pipeline;
2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press it to the test pressure, hold it for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.
1. The pressure test shall be conducted regularly;
2. When temporarily not in use, it should be stored with silk protector.
