Wireline blowout preventer BOP Product Testing

1. Strength test:

(1). Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;

(2) Start the pressure test pump to carry out the pressure test, the test pressure is 105MPa, the pressure is maintained for 15 minutes, and the test record card is filled in.

2. Performance test:

(1). Manually close the gate, and clamp the 7/32" diameter polished rod into the sealing groove in the cable gate;

(2). Remove the upper and lower pressure test joints, press from the 1/2 plug of the lower wing to 35 MPa, keep the pressure for 30 minutes, and fill in the test record card.

(3). After the test, clean up the internal residual water.

Wireline blowout preventer BOP matters needing attention

1. Check the inner and outer seals and O-rings of the gate in time, and replace them in time;

2. After each maintenance is completed, a performance test should be done;

3. Regular strength test and sealing test.
