Wireline Bull Nose, consists of a cylinder, a spring, a pressure cap, a spring seat and a guide head. The upper end of the cylinder is connected with a cable instrument, with a spring installed inside, and the lower end is connected with a spring seat. Before connecting the spring seat, install the guide head and pressure cap. The front end of the guide head is designed in a conical shape, which is beneficial to downhole operation. When encountering resistance in downhole, the vibration of the cable instrument is slowed down by the spring.
1. The Wireline Bull Nose is external thread (or quick male joint) and fishing neck and the bottom is a guiding cone.
2. The Wireline Bull Nose string to enter into small drift diameter from a major-diameter pipe in the entering process to guarantee the tool can enter into the well smoothly.
1. When using, carefully check the performance of threaded joints and springs.
2. When not in use for the time being, apply lubricating oil to the thread and take care of the thread.
