At this Expo, the procurement contracts signed by CNOOC cover 16 categories such as crude oil, natural gas, equipment, materials and oilfield services, and the contracted products are more around the fields of "high, fine and sharp", "green and low-carbon" and "new energy". Among them, an agreement was signed with Basf to launch the first 10,000-square-level carbon dioxide conversion to syngas technology in China, further promoting the development of low-carbon technologies and the utilization of offshore natural gas resources; At the forum, CNOOC released the "2060 Energy Outlook Report" for the first time, which set up a forecast scenario including the "dual carbon" target, reflecting a combination of multiple carbon reduction technology paths, and the layout arrangement of CNOOC in emerging industries such as CCUS, new energy development, and hydrogen energy entry strategy. In the face of the global trend of green and low-carbon energy development, CNOOC will do its best to save energy and reduce carbon in the oil and gas industry chain, actively build a "zero carbon" oil and gas industry chain, and make new and greater contributions to ensuring national energy security and boosting China's green and low-carbon development.

As China's first "maritime special zone" and the first "industrial special line" that is fully open to the outside world, CNOOC has deepened cooperation with oil companies from more than 40 countries around the world and achieved fruitful results. Over the past year, CNOOC has continued to promote high-level "introduction" and "going out" to make new progress.
