The Slickline Crane Truck used in offshore wireline unit are skid-mounted, Truck mounted Slickline unit. This unit is designed to operate in a wide variety of oilfield environments and can be modified to perform as a Wireline truck for logging and perforating applications.

The skid-mounted wire winch is generally divided into two parts: the power part and the winch part. The power part is composed of a diesel engine (electric motor) and a hydraulic oil pump. The diesel engine (electric motor) drives the hydraulic oil pump to transport the power fluid to the winch through a high-pressure hose. The winch is mainly composed of hydraulic motor, transmission mechanism, control mechanism, depth counting system and wire drum. For double drum winches, two drums are installed at the same time. The diesel engine drives the hydraulic pump to output hydraulic oil, which transmits power through the high-pressure hose. If the direction of circulation is different, control the rotation direction of the winch; control the amount of circulating oil to control the speed of the winch. The control of this direction and the amount of oil is accomplished through the pressure regulating valve, and the operating table of the winch is equipped with a tension gauge
The advantages of wire winches are customization, high efficiency and easy maintenance.
The configuration of the operating room, winch model and pressure control panel can also be flexibly customized.
3 & 4 speed transmission chain drive with 2 speed hydraulic motor.
